Subject	help me out, make $40 / Modern Speed Labs

Message	first, this post is not meant to bash at all, im just trying to get what i paid for. the shop is named Modern Speed Labs and they specialize in Nissan swaps. [ http://www.modernspeedlabs.com ] here is the story. about 2 weeks ago i contacted Marc Buehler (owner) about a leftover 90 NA engine from a tt swap that he did for his buddy, Lebs (Kobe2be9). we agreed on a price and he got a shipping quote by last monday. i paypalled him the money on monday night, talked to him on the phone and he said he would ship it the next day. called him the next day to see if he hed shipped it and he told me that it would either be shipped out that day or the next and to call back between 2 and 5. i called him last thursday to see if the engine had been shipped but he told me he was not at the shop and did not know if it was shipped or not because the shipping company may have already picked it up while he was gone. this was my last contact with him. i have called his cell phone numerous times only to get his voicemail each and every time. i emailed him with no response. i called the shop today a few times and finally someone picked up. i asked for marc to which i got this response: "hey" "yeah, can i speak to marc?" "uhh.. yeah whos calling?" "andrew" "um.. okay hold on.... yeah.. hes not in right now let me have him call you back in 20 minutes" never called back. i find it hard to believe that the owner of the shop is never actually in the shop. and him not answering his cell phone EVER also leads me to believe that he is avoiding me. oh yeah, i only got an answer at the shop when i blocked my number with *67. so heres my question. if there is anyone in the indianapolis, IN area that can go to the shop and verify that the engine exists and see what the deal is with Marc not shipping it, i will paypal you $40. here is a map i know i could dispute this with paypal, but i would much rather have my engine than my money back.
